Our Story

Victor Prince is the founder and Managing Director of DiscoveredLOGIC, LLC. He has 20+ years of experience in corporate and government leadership positions using and teaching advanced problem-solving techniques. 

Victor is the author of three best-selling books on leadership that are stocked in over 1,000 library systems in 30 countries. 

Before DiscoveredLOGIC, Victor earned an MBA in Finance from Wharton, worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Co., and was a marketing executive with Capital One FinancialVictor also was a founding member of the US Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), where he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and led a division of 300+ staff and managed an annual budget of $100 million+.
